WHAT A TRIP LOOKS LIKE
Fly In & Charlottetown Evening
Thursday arrivals into Charlottetown give you a proper first evening in the city — Victoria Row is worth a walk, and the waterfront restaurant scene handles groups well. Reserve a table at Terre Rouge or The Claddagh Room.
Green Gables Golf Course
Start with Green Gables to ease in — Stanley Thompson's 1939 layout uses mature pines and gentle Cavendish terrain in a way that rewards feel over power. It's a course that improves on the second visit once you understand the grain on its old bentgrass greens.
Links at Crowbush Cove
Crowbush is PEI's signature round — McBroom's links stretches along PEI's east coast with ocean views that show up early and stay throughout. The exposed back nine is the most wind-exposed stretch of golf on the Island. Afternoon: Peake's Wharf or the Charlottetown waterfront.
Glasgow Hills
Glasgow Hills is often overlooked in favour of the more famous layouts, but Graham Cooke built a genuinely dramatic parkland course with the best elevation changes on the Island. The views from several tee boxes rival anything on the coastal courses.
Dundarave
Dundarave at Brudenell River Resort is PEI's most challenging layout — Michael Hurdzan's river routing creates forced carry situations that a flat-Island reputation doesn't prepare you for. Lobster supper in New Glasgow after the round.
Crowbush Rematch
A second round at Crowbush Cove to close the trip properly — everyone plays it better the second time, and the competition is more interesting once the course's subtleties are known. PEI lobster for a final dinner.
Fly Home
Morning flight from Charlottetown. Under 2 hours back to Toronto — it's the fastest long weekend's golf the country offers.
GROUPS 12+ — Tourism PEI's golf arm offers coordinated multi-course packages with Island-wide accommodation partnerships — use their group desk to book Crowbush, Dundarave, and Glasgow Hills through a single contact rather than dealing with three separate pro shops.
